It is worth notating that the current identity of PLURALIST encapsulates the longevity of our creations. If one of your garments is in need of repair, please contact andyhaan@pluralist.world and we will be happy to provide a quotation. First time purchasers with a PLURALIST account are eligible for one complimentary repair upon shipping (valid tracking info required).

Shipping

US Domestic Shipping

Garments will be shipped via USPS First Class with tracking info & optional signature confirmation. 1/1 garments will be ensured as well.

International Shipping

International rates will be assessed on a quotational basis, based on destination address. please email andyhaan@pluralist.world for additional details. Invoice will be provided upon order fulfillment.

Returns

Return Policy- Custom made Garments

Custom made and manufactured garments are not eligible for returns in the meantime, as we are currently in the implementation phase of our company. PLEASE compare measurements provided for these garments.

Exchange Policy- Limited Garments

Limited Garments are eligible for exchange of a different size as for now. In the future, it is our hopes to have a comprehensive at-home try-on offer, as well as augmented sizing experiences (offered in 2024).
